Matthew Kilkenny is a judge for the Packard Open Class at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. He holds BS and MS degrees from San Jose State University, and a Deming Scholars MBA from Fordham University in New York. He is a Bay Area native that has spent his career in engineering and management roles in Silicon Valley. He grew up playing cops and robbers on his dad’s Packard parts cars, and currently owns a 1934 Packard 1108 7-Passenger Sedan which he restored with his dad.
He also had the pleasure of helping in the partial restoration of his father’s 1934 Packard 1108 Convertible Sedan by Dietrich. He is co-author of the book, American Elegance, and enjoys researching automotive history of the Classic Car Era. He is also a member of the Classic Car Club of America, The Packard Club, and the Society of Automotive Historians.
